The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has geared up to display its commitment to environmental conservation through a series of initiatives on the auspicious occasion of Sant Gadge Baba Jayanti (February 23). A massive e-waste collection will be the focus of this year’s campaign. The PMC, in collaboration with the Cummins India Foundation, KPIT and local environmental organisations, have been launching for many years various eco-friendly activities aimed at fostering awareness and sustainable practices.
